Our Process to Relocating a House
- Inspection of the house.
- Is the house structurally adequate to relocate.
- Route and site inspection to make sure that this house can be relocated to the destination you have requested.
- RMS and NSW Police pre approval to make sure we can get your new house to site.
- Organise and prepare on your behalf if necessary your plans, site plan and engineering ready for your council submission.
- Framing, preparation and cutting of the house if so required.
- Elevation o f the house by hydraulic jacking systems and then loaded onto our purpose built hydraulic house moving trailers.
- RMS inspection of our load to make sure we comply with the RMS regulations before travelling
- NSW Police to be advised that everything will proceed.
- Relocation of your new house will proceed……..
- Arrival to your house’s new location.
- Construction of your footings if so required.
- Council inspection of newly constructed pier holes.
- Unloading and structural rejoin of the house.
- Installation of piers.
- Lowering of home onto new piers.
